Metier provides Lender’s Due Diligence and Project Monitoring services, reviewing the agreed technical quality standards, construction progress, certified costs, and fund drawdowns against the approved budget and project schedule for the financing of the works. Metier issues monthly and quarterly reports, supported by on-site monitoring of the works and the necessary documentary reviews and verifications for each reporting period.
