Arima RE Socimi Project – Transformation of the entrance lobby of an office building in Madrid into a dynamic and welcoming space for building occupants and the surrounding business park. Our scope included project definition and Project Management services, coordinating the various specialised stakeholders involved in the refurbishment process. The works comprised the upgrade of lighting across all common areas, the implementation of an audiovisual solution within the entrance lobby, the modernisation of the access control system, and the management of the required procedures with the City Council.
