Comprehensive refurbishment project of a 1,963 m² building located in the heart of Málaga’s historic city centre, transforming it into a 32-room boutique hotel.
The project combines the restoration of the building’s architectural heritage with its adaptation to a new hospitality use, enhancing and preserving protected features of particular significance, including the façade and the main staircase.
