Development of a new-build office building comprising 19,889 m² on Manoteras Avenue, Madrid. The project forms part of Arima Real Estate SOCIMI’s portfolio expansion strategy, with Metier initially appointed to provide Project Monitoring services, playing a highly active role in key design decisions during both the concept and detailed design stages. Metier’s scope was subsequently extended to include full Project Management services, leading the project from the tendering phase through to cost, programme and quality control during construction phase.
Following the successful leasing of the building to a single occupier, Metier further expanded its involvement by coordinating the extension of the ground floor and the adaptation of the common areas to meet the tenant’s specific requirements. This included managing the design process, procurement and construction works through to final handover.
