Arima RE SOCIMI project with Estudio Lamela Architects for the entire transformation of a 23,500m2 office building in Madrid, the former headquarters of a large engineering and data centre of a Spanish Bank. It consists of a total renovation of the distribution and facades of the property, and the opening of a central patio for lighting and ventilation, turning it into a modern, bright building ready to compete in the Madrid market. The process has required the coordination of multiple stakeholders, including the City Council and utility companies, in a complex team management led by Metier.
