Property developed by Cimalsa for the Catalan Government in 2010. Both parties agreed to return the air rights for a value estimated from the cost of replacement of the asset, including all the elements of architecture, civil works and facilities needed for the proper operation of the property. Metier estimated this value by thoroughly reviewing the development documentation and visiting the asset, making an adjustment using accounting methods based on the fixed amortisation periods.
