A new construction project for a 20,500 m2 office building on Avenida de Manoteras, Madrid. Our client, Arima RE SOCIMI, wanted a Forward Purchase operation with development control to add the building to its portfolio once construction had finished. Metier completed the Project Monitoring process with a high degree of participation in making design decisions, and involvement in controlling of the construction work to meet Arima’s deadline and quality objectives within the costs defined by the property developer.
