Technical, Environmental and Urban Due Diligence of a 16,000 m2 property located in Madrid, with the aim of completing the purchase process by Ardian. The Investment Fund Company made its first Real Estate acquisition in Spain. Metier took into account the long-standing and situation, as well as the characteristics of the current tenants and the contracts in progress, to perform analysis, CapEx estimates , work planning and look for potential affordable grants (depending on the degree of intervention in the property) to draw scenarios to analyse the value of the property.
